TorqueArm, Panhard Bar, & Rear Lower Control-Arm Bushings
Anybody who has stomped the throttle on a 5.0, even a stock one, has experienced wheel spin and oversteer or fish tailing. Unfortunately most people assume that this is a normal and unfixable situation. It is not.
There's a bunch of complicated geometry and physics behind all this, but with the installation of a TorqueArm and Panhard Bar (standard equipment on Z-28s) your Mustang will have immensely reduced wheel-spin, much improved forward bite and no more fish tailing on corner exit.
Our urethane lower control arm bushings help insure the elimination of wheel hop when the quad-shocks and upper control arms are removed. Typical 60 ft. time reduction on radials is .3 to .6 seconds. These first two simple changes will make the car much more predictable and stable even in the rain, take away most of your car's nose dive, and make a good foundation for any future mods whether your priorities are hard-cornering or drag racing.
