Completely read instructions before beginning.

1. Raise car to a comfortable work height and support with jack stands. Place jack stands under rear axle and front "A" arms. This will place the chassis at its normally loaded state. This is mandatory or the vehicle will be welded together in a way that may result in the doors not opening and closing correctly.

2. Place subframe connector up against sub-frame rails with the rear of the connector even with the rear lower control arm bolt. Mark its contact areas front and rear and remove. Repeat this step for other side.

3. Using a hand grinder with a soft sanding (not grinding) disc or a wire brush, remove all paint, dirt and oil within one inch of area to be welded.

4. Position connectors against car once again and tack weld.
Note: Usage of vehicle without subframe connectors installed could have resulted in vertical displacement of the subframes. You may have to place jack or some other suitable device under connector to press against subframes for proper fit.

5. If a Bolt in TorqueArm is being installed, bolt brackets to TorqueArm crossmember and check for correct fit. L-shaped brackets should fit snugly against subframe connectors. Adjust position if necessary.

6. Now finish welding connectors to car. Do this in well ventilated area as gases produced during welding can be harmful. We advise having the doors of the vehicle open and an assistant standing by in case of fire from welding sparks.

7. Paint welds and exposed metal with a quality rust resistant paint. We recommend a heavy coat of Hammerite Paint.

8. Remove from stands, test drive and enjoy!
