As usual Eric answered the phone. He introduced himself and spent the better part of an hour explaining the mustang's design limitations, the Griggs Racing philosophy and how their components address each of the issues and function together as a system. It was a lot for a novice to digest: suspension geometry, frame stiffening, brakes, rims and tires, drive ratios, on and on. He was incredibly patient with his explanations, often checking to make sure I understood the terminology and the significance of addressing the car's various shortcomings. He invited me to come to Sears Point (now Infineon) and experience it for myself. I had a lot to think about and many options to consider.
As I learned more I called Griggs several times for clarification on various configurations. Eric remembered me and answered my questions in great detail until I was satisfied. I finally decided on a package and had them perform the installation. When I got the car back I took my time getting used to it. It was a totally different vehicle! Responsive, precise and absolutely predictable. With handling that defies description, it is an experience, a testament to Bruce's statement "Superior by Design."
However, the Griggs Racing magic extends far beyond components and design. One of the secrets to their product superiority is their customer service. Griggs Racing stands behind their products and their work. Their approach is personal, straight forward and honest. When you call them, someone answers the phone. They are extremely knowledgeable and if they can't give you an immediate answer they'll call you back with one. Intelligent businessmen such as Bruce Griggs realize the best advertisements aren't bought, they are earned by satisfying customers and therefore Griggs Racing is dedicated to attaining our complete and total satisfaction.
I join many other Griggs customers: I am completely and totally satisfied. I too wish to thank Griggs Racing for their continued, unwavering support and guidance. I commute 115 miles every day in my mustang and thanks to Griggs I enjoy every single mile of it in confidence. I love driving this car! I'm happy to share the details of my Griggs Racing experiences with anyone thinking about purchasing components or having work performed on their car.
