This is a public service bulletin! When you visit Waikiki, you had better obey the traffic laws because the police use a fully equipped GR-40 '89 LX. In case you are not aware, the police in Hawaii furnish their own cars. The owner of this patrol car told us the customer support made the installation 'a lot easier' and 'the car handles great!'

Wil Schmedes mailed us his brand new '97 Cobra Mustang all the way from New Jersey for a complete GR-40 Suspension system. We received the car in time to do the installation and have it ready for the Northern California Shelby Club's '96 Mini-Nationals held at Sears Point (now Infineon) Raceway. Wil flew out to Sonoma and got to drive his black beauty on Sears Point's 2.2 mile road course. After the Minis were over, he and his wife drove the Cobra back home. After which, he commented 'the GR-40 system really inspires confidence and lets you focus on the road conditions instead of the condition of the car. The GR-40 system is a good value for the money and with good seats, makes the Mustang the car Ford should have built in the first place.'
