General Information
We ship via the most economical method possible. Usually that means UPS Ground. Special orders and/or shipping can be arranged in advance. All shipping and special handling charges will be invoiced to the customer. We will make every reasonable attempt to meet your special shipping needs. We are currently offering free shipping on GR40 suspension systems. All other boxes will be shipped at the flat rate of $10 per box. If you have any questions please contact us.

Important Inspect Packages upon Delivery

Shortages: All Shortages must be reported within 30 days.

Merchandise Returns: All returns are subject to a twenty percent restocking fee. Custom parts or modified parts are non returnable.

Important: Before Returning any part you must contact Griggs Racing Products, Inc. at (707) 939-2244 to receive a RAN (return authorization number). Parts that are not accompanied by a RAN will be refused at the time of delivery. Unmodified parts judged by Griggs Racing Products, Inc. to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Griggs Racing Products, Inc.
