THE DEFINITION AS EXPLAINED BY BRUCE GRIGGS
Anti-Squat is a rear suspension geometry property that resists rear-end drop under acceleration. Anti-squat is generated by the geometry of the rear suspension links, which convert a portion of the driving torque reaction into an upward push on the rear of the chassis. Higher anti-squat reduces acceleration-induced squat but can produce harshness over bumps under power. Critical tuning variable in drag racing and high-power-launch applications.
