For the terms set forth, Griggs Racing may be referenced as "we" or "our". Any non-paying customer utilizing our resources is considered a "visitor" while those who engage in a paid transaction will be noted as a "customer", but these two may be used interchangeably and described as a "user". As such, you are currently a user of this website.
Default Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Rejection of Terms & Conditions

Information, Pricing & Availability
We reserve the right to update all aspects of our website resources (including these terms and conditions, any presented information, pricing, and stock quantities) as necessary without advance notice to any user(s). Any changes or amendments will be effective immediately.
For Off-Road Use Only:
The majority of Griggs Racing products are DOT compliant and meet most State and Federal road-use regulations. Items sold for off-road use only are intended for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public road and are illegal in many states. Customers must
Risks, Liabilities & Legalities:
All performance modifications and installations are done at the customers own risk. Griggs Racing is not responsible, either implied or otherwise, for mechanical, electrical or other failures when using any aftermarket performance products.
With the purchase of any product from Griggs Racing, the customer assumes complete responsibility for meeting the compliance of their local governance laws and ensuring their own safety. By completing said business transaction, the customer agrees that Griggs Racing is not responsible for their use, or misuse, of the delivered products and any consequences that may arise pertaining to their health and safety or compliance of governing laws.
Warranty Guidelines:
Griggs Racing offers a special limited warranty specifically to steel welded components manufactured by Griggs Racing, those details can be found here: Griggs Racing Warranty Information
All other items purchased from Griggs Racing are not qualified or covered for warranty replacement by Griggs Racing. Any warranty that may be provided, by the manufacturer or other third party, for an affected component must be handled directly by the customer.
All shipping and special handling charges are invoiced to the customer.
We ship via the most economical method possible calculated on the day the order is shipped (USPS Flat Rate or UPS Ground)
USPS Flat Rate: All capable items will be shipped at the flat rate USPS cost, plus $5.00 per box
UPS/FedEx: All orders sent via UPS/FedEx will be charged the estimate provided at the time of shipping, plus $8.95 per box
Palletted orders will be shipped by the lowest bidding carrier that is deemed reliable by Griggs Racing. After shipment, additional increases or reductions in cost may occur which will be charged/credited to the customer at time of final billing from the carrier.
Air Freight and/or special shipping arrangements should be made in advance. Contact us at Support@GriggsRacing.com with your request and make sure to reference the order number you received.

Order/Shipping Status
Recent supply chain disruptions can cause unforeseen delays. Please direct all questions regarding shipping to Shipping@griggsracing.com. Chassis systems are considered custom orders and are not cancellable.
Cancellations
Orders that are canceled before any product is shipped will be subject to a 7% processing fee.
CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED THROUGH E-MAIL, FAX OR VOICE-MAIL MESSAGE. YOU MUST SPEAK DIRECTLY TO A TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE TO HAVE YOUR ORDER CANCELLATION CONFIRMED.
All orders are considered final upon placement. Shipped orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Merely requesting a cancellation DOES NOT cancel an order unless confirmed one of our representatives. Griggs Racing reserves the right to take up to three business days to confirm a cancellation. Cancellations are not guaranteed. Orders shipping the same day a cancellation is requested are considered shipped. All cancellations are subject to a 7% processing fee. Custom made some specialty items are not returnable/refundable/cancelable under any circumstances, this includes GR40 Chassis systems which are assembled particular to your application.
Cancellation requests on items that have shipped previous to the request are considered completed orders, and will be rejected. All shipping expenses are non-refundable. On all special orders from other manufacturer’s items there may be a minimum 25% non-refundable deposit. This will not be refunded even if the order is canceled before the product is shipped. You will be notified prior to processing if your item is a special order. This will be listed on the web site or sent via email. On certain items a form must be filled out and returned for you to verify your knowledge of a product being a special order item. Vendor delays, weather, earthquakes, carrier neglect or loss, change of mind in purchase, change of address, relocation, your spouse opening the package or finding your credit card bill, etc.., shall not subject orders to cancellation or return.

Merchandise Returns
All returns must be completed within 30 days of customer receipt and are subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. Custom parts or modified parts are non returnable. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless a shipment error was previously made by Griggs Racing.
Important!
Before Returning any part you must contact Griggs Racing Products, Inc. at (707) 939-2244 to receive a RAN (return authorization number). Parts that are not accompanied by a RAN will be refused at the time of delivery. Unmodified parts judged by Griggs Racing Products, Inc. to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Griggs Racing Products, Inc.
California
Prop 65 Notice
Hazardous Materials & Cancer Risk:
In 1986, California voters approved Proposition 65, an initiative to address their growing concerns about exposure to toxic chemicals. That initiative is officially known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986. The law requires California to publish a list of chemicals known to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity, and for businesses with 10 or more employees to provide warnings when they knowingly and intentionally cause significant exposures to listed chemicals, unless the exposure is low enough to pose no significant risk.

Colorado
Colorado Sales Tax Notice
Griggs Racing is not required to, and does not, collect Colorado sales or use tax. Under Colorado law, purchases are not tax-exempt merely because they were made over the internet or because a seller is not required to collect Colorado tax. Colorado law requires Colorado purchasers to review untaxed purchases and, if any tax is owed, file a Colorado use tax return and pay any tax due. Kentucky
Kentucky Sales Tax Notice
Griggs Racing is not required to and does not collect Kentucky sales or use tax. Your purchase may be subject to Kentucky use tax unless the purchase is exempt from taxation in Kentucky. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the internet, by catalog, or by other remote means. The Commonwealth of Kentucky requires Kentucky purchasers to report all purchases of tangible personal property or digital property that are not taxed by the retailer and pay use tax on those purchases unless exempt under Kentucky law.
The tax may be reported and paid on the Kentucky individual income tax return or by filing a consumer use tax return with the Kentucky Department of Revenue. These forms and corresponding instructions may be found on the Kentucky Department of Revenue's internet Web site.
Louisiana
Louisiana Sales Tax Notice
If sales tax was not paid at the time of purchase, your purchase is subject to Louisiana use tax unless the purchase is specifically exempt. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the internet, by catalog, or by other remote means. Louisiana law requires that use tax be paid annually on the individual income tax return, or through other means as may be required by administrative rule promulgated in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act.
Oklahoma
Oklahoma Sales Tax Notice
Griggs Racing is not required to, and does not, collect Oklahoma sales or use tax. Your purchase is subject to Oklahoma use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the internet, by catalog, or by other remote means. The State of Oklahoma requires Oklahoma purchasers to report all purchases that were not taxed and pay tax on those purchases. The tax may be reported and paid on the Oklahoma individual income tax return [Form 511] or by filing a consumer use tax return [Form 21-1]. Rhode Island
Rhode Island Sales Tax Notice
Please be advised that pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws §§ 44-18-18 and 44-18-20, sales or use tax is due on taxable purchases made from Griggs Racing Products. If tax was not paid at the time of purchase, the State of Rhode Island requires all customers who use, store, or otherwise consume taxable goods and services in Rhode Island to file a signed use tax return, Form T-205. This form is available on the Rhode Island Division of Taxation’s website (www.tax.ri.gov).
Form T-205 is due on or before the 20th day of each month following the month in which purchases are made, and must be accompanied by a remittance for the amount due. Checks and money orders should be made payable to the Tax Administrator.

South Dakota
South Dakota Sales Tax Notice
Griggs Racing is not required to, and does not, collect South Dakota sales or use tax. Your purchase is subject to state use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. The state requires each South Dakota purchaser to report any purchase that was not taxed and pay tax on the purchase.

Vermont
Vermont Sales Tax Notice
Griggs Racing is not required to, and does not, collect Vermont sales or use tax. Your purchase is subject to state use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the internet, by catalog, or by other remote means. The State requires each Vermont purchaser to report any purchase that was not taxed and pay tax on the purchase.
The tax may be reported and paid on the Vermont use tax form. The use tax form and corresponding instructions are available on the Department of Taxes website.
Washington
Washington Sales Tax Notice
Sales or use tax is due on certain purchases delivered or sourced to Washington. Washington requires you to file a use tax return when sales tax is not paid at the time of purchase. This message is required under the Revised Code of Washington 82.13.020(2)(a)(i).
