MUSTANG '05-'14
COMPLETE PERFORMANCE SYSTEMS
GR40 CHASSIS SYSTEMS (S197)
We developed the GR350 chassis systems to deliver the same precision handling and hookup as our GR40 Suspension systems for Fox, SN95 and S197 model Mustangs. GR350 components are modular in design, each assembly can be added independently to your car to improve its handling. The entire system will improve cornering ability immensely. Due to the longer wheelbase of the early cars, it even has the potential to surpass the performance of our late model units in stability and cornering power on road courses.
Complete GR350 System descript: We developed the GR350 chassis systems to deliver the same precision handling and hookup as our GR40 Suspension systems for Fox, SN95 and S197 model Mustangs. Some GR350 components are modular in design, so they can be added independently to your car to improve its handling. However the entire system will improve cornering ability immensely, on par with the finest sports cars produced in the world today.
Your vehicles chassis is akin to that of the foundation for your home: Without a properly set and solid foundation, all other performance aspects will be diluted - perhaps even negated entirely. The function of your chassis is a dynamic, geometrical, math equation, with ever changing variables as you pilot your vehicle.

WHAT IS YOUR VEHICLE USAGE PRIORITY?
It is IMPERATIVE to identify your vehicle usage priority first, as this will change the components we prescribe to you. Once decided, our Virtual Consultant in the section below will help guide you to your ideal configuration.
DAILY DRIVER
Driven daily, you prioritize reliability and a comfortable ride - but still desire performance. Our chassis system delivers it all, improving tire wear and ease of control - simultaneously increasing driver confidence.
If you want a canyon cruiser, build a Weekend Toy. If you want to go to the Drag strip once in a while, build a Street/Strip car.
WEEKEND TOY
If you want a street toy – or what some call a “Sunday Driver” – a car capable of delivering high doses of horsepower to the ground, and performing incredibly on canyon roads - this is for you.
Those who are performance oriented may consider using this as their daily driver, with a minimal sacrifice to comfort.
STREET / STRIP
Where the car is usually driven daily, but straight line launches and an occasional trip to the drag strip is the primary fun.
Prioritizing straight line performance, this configuration is not as ideal for Autocross and corner-laden events.
DRAG RACING (DEDICATED)
For serious single purpose drag race cars. Weight savings is a priority without sacrificing strength and safety and controllability.
Griggs Racing chassis systems provide immensely increased launch and high speed stability over any other kind of system due to the design geometry.
AUTOCROSS
If you are a cone head, you need a car that has crisp and precise handling performance. Having a Go-Kart like response and accuracy to consistently clear cones within fractions of an inch, while at the same time remaining comfortably compliant, as most autocross cars remain street legal.
OPEN TRACK / TRACK DAY
If your your primary vehicle usage is to be high performance handling on road courses or open track days. With this configuration you may also drive your car on the street, with a slight sacrifice to comfort, this configuration will also perform well in Autocross events.
ROAD RACE / COMPETITION
If you are a serious about racing the clock or other competitors wheel to wheel, this is what you need. Our full line of products & services are here to prepare your Mustang for a National Championship, thus our proven Motto: “Champions Made Here”
DRIFTING
If sliding your car around in big smokie burnouts, achieving maximum steering angle for style points, in front of a crowd and with ease of control, this is for you.
